 The following customer service plans are provided to ensure that both the client and service provider understand the scope of work, the terms and conditions of it's completion and the overall cost.  Plan prices vary depending on the exact services you require.  Enclosed pools with minimal or no plants qualify for this plan. Libra Pools LLC will be responsible for maintaining the pool chemistry in addition to cleaning the pool every other week & cleaning the pool filters as needed. This includes checking the pool’s chemistry weekly & balancing the pool water in accordance to parameters set by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) recommendations. This also includes the purchase, delivery & proper application of the chemicals commonly needed for proper pool maintenance. In addition Libra Pools LLC will be responsible for cleaning the pool every other week. This includes surface skimming, wall/tile brushing, vacuuming & emptying skimmer/pump baskets. This is due to the low physical maintenance required to keep the pool clean & clear. The pool enclosure provides this protection from most foliage, therefore if the customer has an abundance of plants inside the pool enclosure they will not qualify for the silver plan. 

 Prestigious pools require top tier pool service. This plan includes deck cleaning services! Keep your pool area cleaner for longer! Any pool Libra Pools LLC accepts as a platinum plan customer will receive the absolute best service imaginable! Libra Pools LLC is dedicated to keeping all of our customers happy regardless of their pool plan. We will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The platinum plan is recommended for high end, complex or brand new pools. This level of care will protect your investment best and keep your entire pool area safe and inviting. Libra Pools LLC will be responsible for maintaining the pool chemistry weekly, cleaning the pool weekly, cleaning the pool filters monthly & cleaning the deck area weekly. This includes checking the pool’s chemistry weekly & balancing the pool water in accordance to parameters set by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) recommendations. This also includes the purchase, delivery & proper application of chemicals commonly needed for proper pool maintenance. Libra Pools LLC will also be responsible for cleaning the pool weekly. This includes surface skimming, wall/tile brushing, vacuuming & emptying skimmer/pump baskets. In addition, Libra Pools LLC will be responsible for cleaning the pool filters on a monthly basis at no additional charge. Customers that desire the pool filters to be cleaned more frequently than once a month may pay an additional $25 per extra filter cleaning. Lastly, Libra Pools LLC will be responsible for weekly deck cleaning. This includes blowing the deck off and/or rinsing the deck with chlorinated pool water. Pool deck may need to be pressure washed by an outside source prior to platinum services.
